Consecration of the 9th Bishop of Wyoming

The Consecration of our very own Father Smylie as the next Bishop of Wyoming is scheduled to take place at the Events Center in Casper.
The Presiding Bishop will be the Chief Consecrator.
Be sure to wear red, as red is our festival color!
